Job Summary

Were expanding our presence in the Raleigh-Durham market and are looking for a driven relationship-focused Territory Manager who is excited about the opportunity to grow a territory influence customers and play a key role in our continued success.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. This is a high-visibility position for someone who enjoys meeting people solving problems and turning opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.

What Youll Do
Build and grow relationships with HVAC contractors sheet metal fabricators and mechanical professionals throughout the Raleigh-Durham market
Develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
Become a trusted advisor by helping customers solve problems and grow their businesses
Spend your time where it matters mostin front of customers
Conduct daily customer visits and maintain a strong presence in the market
Identify competitive opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers
Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Stay informed on industry trends products and market developments
Drive profitable growth while creating lasting customer loyalty

Qualifications
2 years of outside B2B sales experience
HVAC construction industrial building products or related industry experience preferred
Proven track record of developing customer relationships and growing sales
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
