Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Site Design Project Manager to join their Little Rock team!
Primary Responsibilities include:
Manage financial success of projects through the development of project scopes schedules and budgets
Ensure projects completed on a timely basis
Manages complex contract negotiations
Lead the execution of project plans
Assemble/manage project teams
Coordinate availability of internal resources
Assign individual responsibilities ensuring technical skills capabilities and expertise align with project objectives
Ensure deliverables fall within established scope schedule and budget through monitoring progress and measuring project performance
Manage change requests execute risk management techniques and implement strategies to minimize negative financial impact to the project
Coordinate detailed reviews of technical work
Build/maintain client relationships
Document all project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records including correspondence design plans and other project related files
Mentor/train junior staff
Responsibilities:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering
6 years of experience in site design and development
PE License
Project management experience including scope schedule and budget control
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Salary is commensurate with experience.
