ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop and maintain efficient imaging strategies and processes for Windows OS computers ensuring standardized installations and configurations across the school district.
Install configure and troubleshoot operating systems software and applications on staff and student devices ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess hardware and software needs recommend appropriate solutions and ensure seamless integration within the school districts technology infrastructure.
Provide technical support and timely resolution of hardware and software issues for staff and students employing a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
Conduct regular system updates and security patches ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data on Windows OS computers.
Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets tracking licensing warranties and upgrades to ensure compliance and efficient resource allocation.
Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to educate staff and students on the effective use of Windows OS computers promoting digital literacy and productivity.
Collaborate with the technology team to evaluate emerging technologies identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the school districts technological capabilities.
Participate in the planning and implementation of technology initiatives such as network upgrades device rollouts and system migrations ensuring minimal disruption to staff and students.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Windows OS technologies and other EdTech systems participating in professional development activities to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED.
Preferred 2 year college or technical degree in related field.
Minimum 5 years of related technology experience with system administration installations maintenance consulting and project management.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
