Job Summary
Executive Parking Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our administrative and operational this role you will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining business records related to parking operations customer accounts employee information billing and operational reporting. Your work will help ensure that critical business data remains accurate organized and readily accessible.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism. You will collaborate with multiple departments to verify data accuracy resolve discrepancies and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update operational customer employee and financial data into company databases.
- Verify source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
- Review records regularly to identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Maintain electronic files and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Generate routine reports and assist with data analysis for management.
- Support payroll scheduling billing and administrative teams with accurate recordkeeping.
- Respond to internal requests for data retrieval and document verification.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee customer and company information.
- Assist with document scanning filing and digital record management.
- Recommend improvements to enhance data quality and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry administrative support records management or office operations preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and database applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
