THE ROLE

The Technical Project Manageris responsible forleading technically complexcrosspodinitiatives that span multipleteams. This role serves as theendtoendproject owner for initiatives involving multiple stakeholders systems and dependencies ensuring clear execution technical alignment and delivery accountability.

The position acts as a central coordinator and single point of ownership for client and internal initiatives translatinghighlevelbusiness or technical goals into structured workstreams timelines and dependencies while managing risk and escalation across teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CrossFunctionalTechnical Project Leadership

• Lead technically complexmultipodinitiatives spanning Applications Acceleration IntelligenceAnalyticsandProduct
• Act as theendtoendproject owner and primary coordinator forcrossfunctionaltechnical initiatives
• Serve as thecentral pointof accountability across multiple teams and stakeholders

Planning Execution & Delivery

• Translatehighlevelgoals into clear technical workstreams milestones owners and dependencies
• Coordinate integrations data flows automation dependencies and certification workflows
• Maintain project plans that reflect evolving scope dependencies and technical constraints

Status Risk & Escalation Management

• Lead ongoing status tracking risk identification and issue escalation across technical stakeholders
• Maintaina single sourceof truth forprojectlevelstatus decisions risks and dependencies
• Proactivelyidentifydelivery risks and coordinate mitigation or escalation as needed

Stakeholder & Client Support

• Partner closely with technical product and business teams to drive alignment and execution
• Join client calls whenrequiredto provide progress updates technical clarity and delivery context
• Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into progress risks and tradeoffs

Process Stabilization & Standardization

• Support standardization of recurring technical workflows where appropriate
• Manage and stabilize custom oredgecaseprocesses until they are suitable for automation or transition tobusinessasusual(BAU) ownership

REQUIREMENTS

• 36 years of experience in technical project management program management or a related role
• Demonstrated experience leadingcrossfunctional technically complex initiatives
• Strong understanding of system integrations data flows and technology dependencies
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams and disciplines
• Excellent organization communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience working with data platforms applications analytics or automation systems
• Familiarity with product engineering ordataadjacentworkflows

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $125000 - $140000 depending on location and experience.
