Experience Required:
- Specialist Exp: 10 years in IT; 5 years in Program Mgmt. Expert in Project Management
- Experience: 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or delivery lead role in product development specifically managing complex multi-workstream enterprise platform integrations or digital transformations.
- Agile Expertise: Proven experience guiding execution using standard software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies with deep expertise in Agile Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments (including PI planning).
- Dependency Mapping: Outstanding ability to identify map and manage highly complex technical and operational dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong capability to analyze program metrics establish quantitative KPIs and present data-driven insights in a clear compelling format for executive leadership.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of aligning and influencing diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders across different organizations.
- Problem Solving: A proactive solution-oriented mindset with experience managing and negotiating with third-party technology vendors.
Experience Preferred:

- Technical background (e.g. BS in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience).
- Professional certifications such as PMP PMI-ACP Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Deep hands-on experience utilizing Jira (including Jira Software Advanced Roadmaps or Jira Align) for backlog grooming sprint planning dependency mapping workflow customization and executive reporting.
- Experience working in high-growth product development environments.
