Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who knows how to find engage and land exceptional talent in competitive markets. Youve got experience across commercial and technical hiring ideally in defence tech or a high-growth scale-up and you understand the East Coast talent landscape inside and out.
This isnt a post-and-pray role. Youll be a strategic partner to hiring managers a champion for candidates and a key architect of how Auterion grows its team globally.
What Youll Own
Design and drive recruitment strategies that reach top-tier talent across the globe through smart sourcing meaningful partnerships and channels that actually work
Build real pipelines for commercial and technical roles across disciplines not just reactive requisition-filling
Create a candidate experience that people genuinely talk about: responsive human and reflective of who we are
Partner directly with hiring managers and department heads to translate business needs into hiring plans with real urgency and clarity
Keep a sharp eye on talent market trends emerging skill sets and East Coast dynamics to stay ahead of the curve
Continuously sharpen our processes improving speed quality and the experience for candidates and hiring teams alike
What You Bring
Proven recruiting experience in a fast-moving technology-driven environment with a focus on commercial (and technical desirable) roles. Youre the type of recruiter that can (and has) picked up any role.
A genuine understanding of the defence tech scale-up sector and its unique talent dynamics
Deep familiarity with Washington DC: you know the networks the nuances and how to compete for the best
The ability to build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders across an international organization
Sharp sourcing instincts strong candidate assessment skills and fluency with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms
A strategic mindset thats equally comfortable thinking six months ahead and closing a role this week
