Manage staff resources including annual reviews timesheets and expense report approvals
Assist Human Resources on recruitment and training efforts
Assist with business development activities including preparing presentations
Participate in various trade organizations
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred
8 years of structural design and project management experience (Healthcare Sports Commercial Public Sector Industrial Education and/or Institutional projects)
PE License preferred
Strong knowledge of building codes
Proficient knowledge of standard construction practices
Experience addressing issues with contractors
Ability to manage several projects at once
Ability to mentor/train staff and promote career growth
Working knowledge of design/analysis software (Revit AutoCAD RISA ADAPT)
