Job Summary

Staffing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Lafayette LA. We are looking for an LPN with healthcare experience; a background in staffing is a plus.

In this role you will recruit new hires manage relationships with employees and clients and coordinate work assignments for various medical staff (RN LPN CNA etc.). Key responsibilities include learning the needs of various healthcare facilities and utilizing computer programs for staffing and credentialing.

The position is salaried with benefits and requires working from our corporate office as well as participating in an after-hours on-call rotation (weekdays 5 PM8 AM and alternating weekends).

Required Skills:

- Proficiency with computers

- Excellent communication

- Problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

- Experience as a staffer recruiter or staffing coordinator

- High-level multi-tasking

- Personnel management experience
