This position is for an experienced industrial maintenance Technician who will work in a distribution center environment. The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting complex electrical and automated systems.

Shift Details Sunday through Thursday 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM (or until shift completion)
Training schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm (subject to change as needed).
What Youll Do
Maintain troubleshoot and repair electrical and electromechanical systems
Support and improve equipment such as conveyors AFrames printers strappers compressors and other automated technologies
Read and interpret electrical schematics
Lead and mentor junior maintenance staff
Work with vendors and contractors to resolve issues
Learn new systems as technology evolves
What You Bring
3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (relay logic to microprocessor controls)
Knowledge of mechanical HVAC and electrical systems (AC/DC drives PLCs UPS compressors etc.)
Ability to work nights holidays and occasional shortnotice callins
Quick learner with solid problemsolving skills
Preferred
NEC knowledge and light electrical construction experience
Experience with LOTO OSHA and work order systems
Technical degree or trade certification
