Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with deep expertise in the Flowable BPM/workflow platform to design and implement business process automation solutions. This role leverages AI-assisted development practices and modern integration patterns.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions. Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
• Facilitates complex problem resolution. Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding testing and documentation of software. Applies modern principles methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Qualifications :

Must Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Flowable (BPM engine workflow case management or DMN)
• Basic proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot Cursor or ChatGPT) to assist in code generation and review
• Java or Spring Boot development experience
• Ability to model deploy and maintain business process definitions
• 5 years of overall software development experience

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks or autonomous AI workflows (e.g. LangChain AutoGen CrewAI)
• Experience with REST API design and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Exposure to Kafka or event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of Elastic/Elasticsearch for querying process data

Experience:

• 5 years of software development experience required.
