Position Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience to join our core engineering team with a strong focus on framework and C#. In this role you will play a key part in designing building and maintaining robust scalable and high-quality software solutions.

Essential Functions

• Feature Development: Design code test and deploy clean well-structured and maintainable software features utilizing C# Core / .NET 8.
• System Architecture & Design: Participate in technical design sessions offering input on scalable architecture secure API design ( Core Web API) and database schema optimization.
• Code Quality & Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards security best practices and performance benchmarks.
• Collaboration: Partner with Product Management QA Data engineering and DevOps to ensure smooth feature delivery effective testing coverage and seamless CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify debug and resolve complex technical issues memory leaks and performance bottlenecks in production and environments.

Requirements

• Experience: 25 years of professional software development experience in a production environment with at least 2 years dedicated to C# and ecosystem.
• Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Core and 8. Experience building web applications RESTful APIs and Blazor Server-side applications.
• ORM & Databases: Experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core) or Dapper alongside relational databases (e.g. SQL Server PostgreSQL) for writing efficient queries and data modeling.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with applications on cloud platforms (Azure preferred AWS or GCP) and modern DevOps practices including containerization (Docker) and CI/CD tools.
• Preferred Qualifications (Bonus): Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant environments
