Job Description:
- Seeking an experienced Site reliability engineer (SRE) with 5 to 7 years of expertise in Automation amp Scripting within the CISSRE domain to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency
- Design develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering teams to implement scalable and reliable solutions
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify automation opportunities
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis to improve system stability
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate automation tools and frameworks
- Ensure adherence to best practices in scripting and automation within the CISSRE family Provide technical guidance on automation strategies to support infrastructure and application reliability
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust automation scripts using industry standard scripting languages
- Automate routine operational tasks to reduce manual intervention and errors Support continuous integration and continuous deployment CICD pipelines through scripting
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve automation related issues
- Document automation processes and maintain uptodate knowledge bases Conduct regular reviews and updates of automation scripts to adapt to changing environments
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in automation and scripting within the CISSRE context
