MalaceHR is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Site Manager to oversee daily facility operations and serve as the primary point of contact for our client. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of property management maintenance operations vendor relationships budgeting compliance and facility safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong facilities management background excellent leadership skills and the ability to ensure a safe efficient and well-maintained work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between the client facility staff contractors and vendors to ensure successful building operations.
Coordinate and oversee facility repairs preventative maintenance programs and routine site inspections.
Respond promptly and professionally to client and occupant requests ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure all documentation work orders reports inspections and compliance records are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Monitor facility conditions to maintain a safe secure and well-maintained environment.
Oversee maintenance and repair activities involving building systems machinery equipment electrical systems and mechanical systems.
Manage vendor relationships including scheduling performance monitoring and contract compliance.
Develop administer and control budgets related to facility operations contracts equipment and supplies.
Identify operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and applicable building codes.
Required Qualifications
57 years of facilities management property management or related experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of building systems facility operations maintenance practices and administrative procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Knowledge of business management principles strategic planning resource allocation and operational processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business trends and forecast operational expenses.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
Experience managing budgets vendors and facility-related contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field preferred but not required.
Professional facilities management certifications are a plus.
Experience in commercial industrial corporate or multi-site facility environments preferred.
