Youll provide daily support while helping them live as independently as possible - all with ongoing support from our team.

What Youll Do

• Provide a furnished bedroom and a safe supportive environment in your home
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking cleaning personal care and transportation
• Encourage independence through skill development and guidance
• Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities
• Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free annual stipend: $35000 $60000
• Paid time off
• Additional room & board income (average $630/month)
• Training background checks and certification
• 24/7 support from a dedicated ViaQuest Manager
• Tools and assistance for documentation billing and compliance
• Help coordinating respite
• Referral matching with individuals in need of care (or support for caring for a loved-one)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license reliable insured vehicle and good driving record
• Clean background checks
• Home that meets safety requirements (home assessment required)
• Proof of home/renters insurance
