Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) SFA FP&A Data & Analyticslocatedin Raynham MA.

The SFA FP&A Data & Analytics plays a critical role in enabling informed datadriven decision making across the DePuy Synthes organization. This role partners closely with finance and business leaders to deliver highquality financial planning forecasting and performance insightsleveragingadvanced analytics to support strategic and operational priorities. The position offers strong visibility crossfunctional collaboration and the opportunity to influence business outcomes through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning budgeting forecasting and longrange planning activities ensuring accuracy and alignment with businessobjectives.

  • Develop and deliver financial and operational performance analyses including variance analysis trend identification and key driver insights.

  • Designmaintain and enhance dashboards reports and analytical tools to improve visibility into financial performance and decision support.

  • Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives investment decisions and business cases using datadriven insights.

  • Apply advanced analytics and financial modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios risks and opportunities.

  • Ensure data integrity consistency and compliance with internal controls policies and financial governance standards.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve FP&A processes reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities through automation and standardization.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business ora relatedfield (required).

  • MBAMastersdegree or advanced analytics coursework (preferred).

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Typically24years of progressive experiencein FP&A financial analysis or a related analyticsfocused finance role.

  • Strong financial modeling forecasting and analytical skills.

  • Advancedproficiencyin Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g. ERP planning systems BI tools).

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting a manufacturing supply chain or MedTech/Healthcare business.

  • Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau).

  • Exposure toautomation advanced analytics or digital finance initiatives.

  • Prior experience partnering directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in a matrixed crossfunctional environment.

Other

  • Language:English (required).

  • Travel:Up to 10% domestic travel.

  • Certifications:CPA CFA or similar financial certification (preferred).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79000.00 - $127650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year
