Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
1.12 years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ecosystem as an Architect.
least 2 implementation project experiences one of which is for large customers.

with competition SaaS platform ( BMC Ivanthi Jira)
working with Banking Customer
detailed strategy that is aligned with the clients short- and long-term needs
as the expert advisor to clients partners and project teams leading solutioning sessions shared understanding and building a bridge between disparate organizations through your technical expertise leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively.
to solve problems troubleshoot manage technical escalations.
to best practices check if our architecture and design dec isions align with ServiceNow best practices
to out-of-the-box ensure we are taking advantage of pre-built capabilities in order to help minimize the amount of customization on the platform
in migrating between various environments in ServiceNow using Update Sets XMLs Cloning Deployments.
