• Travel to customer homes to perform service warranty and repair work on windows doors siding roofing and related exterior products.
• Diagnose and resolve product installation and performance-related issues.
• Perform adjustments repairs replacements and touch-up work as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Clearly communicate findings solutions and recommendations to homeowners.
• Document service calls completed work and materials used.
• Work closely with installation production and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company tools equipment and vehicles in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing product and technical training.

• Experience in residential construction carpentry window and door installation siding roofing or related trades preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using ladders and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable punctual and detail-oriented.
• Basic measuring and math skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

• Starting between $55000-$65000 incentives - based on tools vehicle and experience.
