At Window World of Long Island we provide premium products professional installations and honest pricing. Our Service Technicians play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by performing service work warranty repairs adjustments and troubleshooting for windows doors siding roofing and other exterior home improvement products.

Responsibilities:
Travel to customer homes to perform service warranty and repair work on windows doors siding roofing and related exterior products.
Diagnose and resolve product installation and performance-related issues.
Perform adjustments repairs replacements and touch-up work as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
Clearly communicate findings solutions and recommendations to homeowners.
Document service calls completed work and materials used.
Work closely with installation production and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain company tools equipment and vehicles in a clean and organized manner.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Participate in ongoing product and technical training.
Qualifications:
Experience in residential construction carpentry window and door installation siding roofing or related trades preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Comfortable using ladders and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Reliable punctual and detail-oriented.
Basic measuring and math skills.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Salary:
Starting between $50000-$60000 incentives - based on tools vehicle and experience.
