Responsibilities - Service Manager:

• Generates revenue communicates clearly with customers explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair develops estimates and quotes and focuses on customer satisfaction
• Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
• Maintains customer service records in computer system
• Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians productivity
• Oversees employee training and development
• Ensures a safe working environment
• Ensures equipment is properly maintained and repaired

Requirements - Service Manager:

• Service Manager experience is required
• Knowledge of warranty procedures work scheduling etc. is required
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have supervisory experience & leadership skills
• Basic understanding of business management
• Valid Drivers License with good driving record
• UPLOAD Resume
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks MVR and drug screen.
