Im partnering with a high-growth AI company thats building one of the most exciting AI-native desktop experiences in the productivity space.

Their AI assistant doesnt just answer questions. It sees everything on your screen understands context across every app you use and helps you work 10x faster. Following a $40M Series A led by Khosla Ventures and exceptional user growth theyre expanding their engineering team and hiring multiple Senior and Staff Full-Stack Engineers to help build the platform behind this revolutionary desktop assistant.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of desktop software native development and AI integration building a cross-platform application thats redefining how knowledge workers interact with their computers.

What Youll Do

Youll take ownership of core platform capabilities that power the AI assistant experience working closely with product AI and infrastructure teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing building and maintaining core features of an Electron desktop application that works across Windows and macOS.
Owning end-to-end implementation of user-facing and infrastructure features from modern TypeScript frontends to native system-level integrations.
Developing and integrating LLM-based functionality that powers screen context awareness call transcription and intelligent automation.
Collaborating on native code written in C (Windows) and Swift (macOS).
Architecting systems for performance reliability and seamless user experience at scale.
Helping make architectural decisions and contributing to the technical direction of the company.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for engineers who have built and shipped production software at startup speed not just maintained legacy systems.

Youll ideally have:

5-10 years of software engineering experience with a strong backend or full-stack leaning.
Experience building products from 0 to 1 or helping scale products through periods of rapid growth in an early-stage hypergrowth environment.
Strong experience with TypeScript and ; React experience is a plus.
Experience with Electron C or Swift is highly beneficial.
A product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence with business impact.
A genuine passion for AI. You read research papers build side projects with LLMs or have passion projects in the space.
Startup or founder experience showing end-to-end delivery on AI-native tools is a strong plus.
