We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to help drive and scale our product development. The ideal candidate will be a product-focused technical leader with a proven track record of designing and building scalable carrier-grade API services and incorporating modern technologies like AI serverless and EKS while ensuring alignment with the companys strategy.

Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Design and oversee the implementation of scalable multi-cloud and geo-redundant carrier-grade APIs.
• Lead development efforts using modern technology stacks includingat least4 years ofâGolangand 2 years (TypeScript) serverless and EKS architectures.
• Champion and integrate AI development tools and methodologies to enhance engineering productivity and product capabilities.
• Establish and enforce industry best practices for the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including coding standards CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Collaborate with engineering product sales and business development teams toestablishrequirements provide estimates and meet production deadlines.
• Mentor other engineers and drive technical decisions that create future options and align with long-term company goals.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 8yearsofsoftware engineering experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expertisein building scalablehighly availableapplications using Golang (TypeScript).
• Experience with cloud-oriented development using Amazon Web Services (AWS) services such as RDS S3 IAM Lambda API Gateway SQS/SNSandEKS.
• Experience working in a polyglot environment with relational and NoSQL databases:DynamoDBMySQLandMongoDB.
• Strong experience with modern SDLC tools including CI/CD tools and Git source control.
• Experience supporting high-traffic carrier-grade services
• Demonstrable experience using AI development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Excellent communication andtime managementskills.
• Mustresidewithin the United States (US citizen or lawful permanent resident only).

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with Front-End technologies: TypeScript React
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Proficiencywith large-scale database systems ().
• Experience supporting end-user mobile applications
• Familiarity with specific CI/CD tools likeGitHubActions.
• Experience in designing multi-cloud or geo-redundant architectures.
• Advanced experienceleveragingAI development tools for accelerating development cycles.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $150000 - $179000
