Job Description:

Assists with directing all phases of programs from proposal development through completion. Drives program execution to achieve business and financial objectives for orders revenue profit and cash flow for an existing product line in continuous production. Responsible for cost schedule and technical performance for designated program. Assists with customer contact for program activities leading review sessions with customers for all aspects of proposal development negotiations and execution. Assists with program support production and supply chain teams to ensure on time and on budget deliveries.

Essential Functions:

• Works under general supervision with responsibility for entire project or process within the job area
• Communicates with contacts within and outside organization (e.g. customers suppliers etc.) for execution of the program objectives
• Responsible for managing the cost and schedule of their programs to ensure its financial well-being.
• Work alongside financial team for requirements of financial manpower and supply chain forecasting reporting and variance justification
• Responsible for directing and monitoring/updating program integrated master schedule (IMS) and overall program plan
• Responsible for briefing customer and upper management on all facets of the program.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain desired

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with DoD contract execution
• Position requires overtime work as needed to meet business objectives
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office products (Project Excel Powerpoint Word)
• Working knowledge of general production systems/methods and lean manufacturing principles
