Job Description

Direct manage plan and administer Project activities of a division/business area.

Manage complex and cross-functional programs and Projects from design and development until production.

Utilize multiple vendors and ensure collaboration Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation.

Develop plan and schedule the development introduction communication and maintenance of all Projects.

Contain and resolve issues within the program that do not require sponsor attention.

Communicate program performance to program sponsors and executive team.

Serve as the point of contact for the program sponsor and a key member of the Governance team.

Determine the impact of changes on the business case and re-forecast value creation.

Identify areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation.

What you need to be successful in this role:

Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager specializing in IT business applications or enterprise IT projects.

Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies particularly Scrum and SAFe with a focus on project flexibility and delivery speed.

Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and working with finance business units.

Expertise in risk assessment mitigation strategies and proactive management of project risks and issues.

Excellent stakeholder management decision-making and negotiation skills particularly in managing complex project requirements and expectations.

Strong problem-solving conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills.

Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks with experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing distributed teams.

Ability to build and nurture a collaborative and transparent working environment while driving accountability within teams.
