Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Product Development

Build and scale full stack systems powering AI voice automation workflows

Develop frontend applications dashboards analytics tools and onboarding experiences

Build APIs and backend systems supporting real-time telephony and conversational infrastructure

Own features end-to-end from architecture through deployment and iteration

Improve customer onboarding and operational tooling experiences

System Architecture & Scalability

Design scalable systems supporting millions of AI-driven conversations

Optimize application performance infrastructure reliability and frontend responsiveness

Build resilient backend services handling real-time conversation and telephony data

Develop efficient data pipelines and analytics systems

Support AWS infrastructure and distributed application scaling

Customer Impact & Product Collaboration

Work directly with customers to understand operational challenges and workflow needs

Translate customer feedback into product and engineering improvements

Support production troubleshooting and customer onboarding

Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams

Contribute to product strategy and platform evolution

Requirements

58 years of professional full stack engineering experience

Strong React and TypeScript expertise

Strong backend development experience

Python experience for backend services and scripting

Experience building and shipping production systems at scale

Strong AWS infrastructure experience

Experience owning projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments

Strong systems architecture and technical decision-making abilities

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Comfortable working fully onsite in Redwood City CA
