Position Title: Senior AI/ML Agentic Developer

Location: Jersey City NJ (5 days onsite)

Duration: 6 Months (Contract to hire)

Job Description:

The role is part of the Wealth Management team focusing on a global KYC project involving the development of an Agentic KYC platform. The key initiative is modernizing the KYC platform building it from scratch and taking it end-to-end into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a modern Agentic KYC platform from the ground up
• Build end-to-end solutions from development to production deployment
• Integrate AI-driven solutions leveraging OpenAI technologies where applicable
• Work on AWS cloud platform and integrate modern tools and frameworks such as LangChain
• Handle platform interactions control workflows and ensure scalability and efficiency

Required / Preferred Background

• Development experience in financial services KYC or related domains is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong AI/ML experience and understanding of agentic platforms
• Knowledge of platform integrations and building agentic workflows
• Experience or familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
• Ability to work with legacy systems while modernizing the platform

You will lead the development and deployment of innovative AI and machine learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges drive adoption of modern ML practices and ensure responsible AI governance. Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

• Proven experience designing training and deploying large-scale ML/AI models in production environments.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering agentic workflows and orchestration frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and distributed systems (Kubernetes Ray Slurm).
• Solid grasp of MLOps tools and practices (MLflow model monitoring CI/CD for ML).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership in working effectively with engineers product managers and other ML practitioners.
• Experience applying data science and ML techniques to solve business problems.
• Passion for detail follow-through and technical excellence.
