Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and delivery personnel by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal standards at the front desk of a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor visitor access verify identification and/or credentials maintain front desk logs and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals departures and authorized access.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Answer phones greet guests direct individuals to appropriate departments and support front desk operations with clear and professional communication.
• Observe lobby and reception activity to help support order at the location and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
