As a Security Officer - Verification Gate in Boca Raton FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a residential location where you will monitor entry points verify access and help support a welcoming environment for residents and this role you will remain visible conduct routine patrols and provide strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests vendors and/or visitors by following site-specific access control procedures and community policies at a residential location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials permissions and/or visitor information and help to deter unauthorized access to the property.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and/or unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate details to management and emergency services when appropriate.
• Document daily activities visitor logs deliveries and/or security-related incidents with accuracy and professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around community common areas entry points and perimeter locations with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
