Note:To be considered you must have a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field 8 years of progressive finance leadership experience 2 years of manufacturing or supply chain industry experience and prior experience as a CFO VP of Finance or divisional finance leader.

Job Description

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives and operational goals.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive profitable growth business performance and strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting forecasting financial planning and long-term business planning initiatives.
• Oversee accounting FP&A treasury tax and financial reporting functions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage cash flow working capital liquidity and financial risk strategies.
• Support operational leaders with cost optimization pricing analysis and profitability initiatives.
• Evaluate capital investments automation opportunities and strategic business initiatives.
• Maintain strong banking relationships audit readiness internal controls and compliance standards.
• Provide executive-level financial insights across multi-site domestic and international operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
• 8 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Previous experience as a CFO VP of Finance or divisional finance leader required.
• Experience in manufacturing distribution supply chain or logistics environments.
• Experience supporting multi-site and international operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP financial modeling cost accounting and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams influence executives and drive strategic initiatives.
