As a Security Officer Front Desk Coordinator in Glendale CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a commercial real estate location you will be the welcoming first point of contact supporting a professional environment through visitor assistance communication and front desk monitoring. This stationary role helps promote smooth daily operations while addressing security-related concerns with care and professionalism. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location.
• Monitor lobby and front desk activity assist with visitor check-in processes verify access permissions and direct guests vendors and deliveries according to property protocols.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed logs visitor records incident reports and other front desk documentation to support daily operations and security-related awareness.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points monitoring cameras and alarm notifications when assigned and reporting maintenance concerns or suspicious activity at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
