Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures access control activities and/or emergency response support at a government location.
• Screen visitors staff and/or deliveries entering the location using assigned equipment and established post orders while reporting suspicious items or activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed.
• Monitor entry points verify credentials and document screening-related activities incidents and/or unusual conditions according to site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas and perimeter locations as assigned noting conditions that could impact daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3 years of combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess unarmed guard card.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
