Position Overview
Real Estate Sales Executives are responsible for presenting and selling vacation ownership products to qualified guests. This role offers strong earning potential with all leads provided by the companyno cold calling or self-generated marketing required. Successful candidates demonstrate professionalism strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- Target annual earnings of $80000 with the opportunity for significantly higher income based on performance.
- Base pay of $16 per hour plus bonuses as detailed in the compensation plan.
- No cold-calling or lead generationall clients are provided by HGV.
Relocation & Licensing Support
- Relocation Assistance available for qualified candidates relocating to Kauai.
- Real Estate Licensing reimbursement and/or SignOn bonuses may be available to qualified Sales Executives.
- Candidates not currently licensed in Hawaii may be eligible for:
- Discounted PreLicensing Education
- Real Estate Licensing Reimbursement to support licensing requirements

Work Schedule
- The Sales Office operates seven days a week.
- Workdays begin between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. and conclude upon completion of client interactions.
- A two-week paid training program is provided.
- Upon completion of training Team Members are assigned a work schedule based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-focused environment
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
- Must be able to obtain or maintain a Hawaii Real Estate License (licensing support available)

Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive Action Line you would be responsible for:
- Engage with potential owners and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation products providing them an avenue to build future vacation memories.
- Promote a positive team environment and implement HGVs core values and policies.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
- Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products.
- Generate referral leads with each new customer.
Qualifications
To fulfill this role successfully you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate License.
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven track record of closing sales.
- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
It would be advantageous to have previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services or previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
