Job Summary
Job Title: Safety Operator / Data Collector Operation / EH&S Site Operator
Location: Philadelphia PA 19102 & San Jose CA - On-site hire
Duration: Fulltime Hire
We are seeking a detail-oriented EH&S Site Operator to perform daily safety testing on Class 1 laser hardware systems within a secure high-compliance environment. This role is critical to ensuring workplace safety regulatory compliance and smooth operation of advanced hardware testing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily laser safety tests using approved EH&S checklists
Maintain accurate testing logs and compliance records
Monitor hardware systems to ensure safe operation
Identify and escalate safety risks or equipment issues
Enforce strict safety and no-phone policies
Support adherence to SOPs and EH&S standards
Qualifications
2 years of experience in safety lab or technical operations
Familiarity with workplace safety standards (OSHA preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
