Senior Data Migration Validation Analyst Mainframe/SQL/Salesforce $60-65/hr W2 Phoenix (Hybrid 1 Day/Week Onsite)

A state agency is migrating from a legacy mainframe through SQL staging into Salesforce CRM and needs a senior analyst to guarantee 100% data integrity across every hop: zero record loss perfect relational mapping clean reconciliation.

What youll do: validate data at every migration hop (mainframe SQL Salesforce) record counts hash totals financial summaries review Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents and write complex SQL to verify transformation logic validate Salesforce relational integrity post-load (SOQL Data Loader Workbench External IDs parent-child relationships) triage defects (encoding issues orphaned records null violations) with Informatica ETL and Salesforce developers
Required: Bachelors degree (CS IS Business or related) 5 years with SQL Server Salesforce Service Cloud and data conversion testing/validation advanced SQL (complex joins CTEs window functions profiling) Salesforce data architecture and SOQL fluency legacy data literacy (fixed-width flat files EBCDIC-to-ASCII validation) Python/Pandas or advanced Excel/Power Query for automated cross-system comparison AI experience a plus
