Tasks

What you will be responsible for:

• Act as a mentor and point of reference for your team helping them grow while ensuring excellent guest service.
• Maintain deep knowledge of LPM food and beverage offerings; ensure the team is well-informed to meet guest needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to maintain a sharp hospitality perspective.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and cover performance; suggest improvements and innovative ideas.
• Oversee smooth daily operations supporting the GM and AGM with strong communication across all departments.
• Ensure your department contributes effectively to business targets and KPI achievements.
• Ensure every guest receives the full LPM experience from arrival to departure; lead your team to do the same.
• Visit each table recognizing regulars and guiding first-time guests through signature dishes and drinks.
• Lead daily floor operations supporting GM and AGM while ensuring clear communication with BOH and admin teams.
• Support HR in recruiting junior floor positions ensuring headcount aligns with the budget.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality/F&B industry (min 4 year)
• Previous experience in a similar position (min 4 year)
• English excellent oral and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Guest service skills (complaints handling guest relations)
• Administrative back office handling and cash-handling.
• Analysis and reporting competencies
