Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 10 years of experience or Masters degree with 8 years of experience.
- 8 years of Project/Program Management experience leading enterprise software development projects.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional Agile software engineering teams.
- Experience creating project charters roadmaps schedules budgets and governance documentation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Experience leading large enterprise initiatives and organizational change.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
