We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers providing assistance resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products services policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders account updates and service requests.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Meet established performance and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous customer service call center or support experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and customer service software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
