HVAC Service Technician

Location: Western Colorado (Approx. 1 hour south of Grand Junction) Job Type: Full-Time

With a solid team that is growing quickly they specialize in high-quality heating ventilation and custom sheet metal fabrication. They are currently operating out of our main branch with strategic future plans to expand their footprint across other locations like Gunnison.

The Role

We are looking for a true do-it-all HVAC Service Technician. Our dream candidate is a 10 year veteran of the trade but we are highly interested in anyone with a solid 3 to 5 years of time in the chair who can handle both complex service calls and new installations.

The vast majority of our service calls are residential with some light commercial work mixed in.

What You Will Do:

• Service & Repair: Diagnose and repair furnaces forced-air units and complex ventilation systems in residential and light commercial settings (No radiant heating work).
• Installation Support: Assist with or lead new service installations including running line sets and fitting custom metal ductwork.
• On-Call Rotation: Participate in our on-call rotation to support our residential membership and emergency service program.
• Client Trust: Act as a face of the company in the field providing honest high-level technical advice to our customers.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 10 years of hands-on HVAC service repair and installation experience.
• Technical Chops: Deep understanding of cold-climate forced-air systems line sets and custom ductwork.
• Requirements: * Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (subject to insurance approval).
• Must be able to pass a standard background check (No drug screen required).
• The Mindset: You are a seasoned pro who doesnt need to be micromanaged and can instantly spot when a system is full of BS.

• Great Schedule: Monday Thursday with an early start (6:00 AM - 7:00 AM) and half-day Fridays (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
