Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one and group behavioral support to students within a school district in Little Rock AR. The RBT will implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs collect and analyze data on student progress and support students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) interventions.

Requirements
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Experience working with students with diverse needs and behavior challenges
Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to collect and analyze data accurately
Physical ability to walk run and lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs
Conduct one-on-one and group sessions with students per their behavior plans
Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
Assist in developing reinforcement strategies and behavior management plans
Communicate effectively with teachers parents and other professionals regarding student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and service records
Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Modify behavior strategies as needed based on data and student progress
Support crisis intervention strategies when necessary
Work collaboratively with classroom teachers school staff and BCBAs
Perform other duties as assigned
