Registered Nurse (Emergency Department) Opportunity:

Registered Nurse (Emergency Department) Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients physical and mental status
  
• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals in the facility to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care
  
• Facilitating patient admissions and discharges ensuring all protocols are followed and necessary arrangements are made
  
• Maintaining thorough and accurate patient records including but not limited to: assessments interventions medications administered and patient outcomes
  

• Must have a Wisconsin or Compact RN License
  
• Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS ACLS PALS and TNCC Certifications
  
• Must have previous nursing experience
