This is a hands-on high-volume role for someone who loves the chase: finding great people moving them through the process quickly and closing them. Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for our field roles such as drivers movers quality control agents sales representatives dispatchers and more.

  • This includes sourcing screening interviewing and coordinating offers.

  • Build and maintain healthy candidate pipelines for both recurring high-volume roles and harder-to-fill positions.

  • Write post and refresh job ads across LinkedIn our ATS TeamTailor and other platforms; keep every posting accurate and following brand guidelines.

  • Run structured phone and in-person interviews then give hiring managers a clear honest recommendation on each candidate.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand what each role really needs and keep searches moving.

  • Coordinate and extend offers handle candidate questions with confidence and shepherd accepted candidates into onboarding.

  • Keep our applicant tracking system clean and current: consistent notes accurate statuses and reliable data.

  • Represent Roadway well to every candidate; youre often their first impression of the company.

Requirements

  • 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume fast-paced environment

  • Logistics or a moving company is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of DOT regulations huge plus.

  • Understanding DOL guidelines for multiple states extra points.

  • A natural relationship-builder who can also stay organized under a heavy volume of tasks.

  • Comfort working an applicant tracking system and sourcing actively rather than waiting on inbound applicants.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Knowledge of AI tools or willingness to learn.

  • Self-starter energy; you dont need to be chased to keep things moving.

  • Ability to work on-site at our Bronx office 4 days a week 1 day from home.
