We are seeking an experienced RDK Software Manager to lead the development and management of RDK-based broadband gateway and router solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RDK-B development networking protocols embedded systems and software engineering best practices.

• Lead the design development and maintenance of RDK-B software for broadband gateways and routers.
• Manage software development activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and optimize embedded software using C/C in Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot complex networking and device-related issues using debugging and diagnostic tools.
• Analyze and resolve performance stability and connectivity issues.
• Review code ensure adherence to coding standards and drive best practices across the development team.
• Collaborate with product management QA and hardware teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support software releases deployments and post-production issue resolution.

• 5 years of hands-on experience in RDK-B development for routers gateways or broadband devices.
• Strong programming skills in C and C.
• Solid understanding of Embedded Linux environments.
• Extensive knowledge of networking protocols including:
  • IPv4/IPv6
  • TCP/UDP
  • DHCP
  • DNS
  • ARP
  • ICMP
  • TR-069
  • SNMP
  • USP
• Experience with WAN and LAN technologies including:
  • DOCSIS
  • GPON/EPON
  • WiFi
  • Ethernet
  • 5G/LTE
• Hands-on experience with debugging and troubleshooting tools:
  • RDK Logs
  • GDB
  • Valgrind
  • Wireshark

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Knowledge of broadband gateway architecture and device management frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
