This is a long-term contract role with our life science client in Central NJ. We require someone on-site up to 3 days/week.

We have been working with this client for over 20 years and you will be joining our team of 50 professionals.

Job Overview:
The Lab Analyst supports lab operations by managing product samples conducting inspections and ensuring process integrity with strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sample Management: Maintain inventory manage check-in/check-out and ensure accurate chain of custody.
  • Sample Inspection: Conduct visual inspections and packaging forensic analysis; prepare detailed reports.
  • Coordination: Partner with internal teams to manage workflows and provide timely status updates.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with lab inspections and basic procedures
  • Knowledge of sample/inventory management and packaging inspection (non-chemical)
  • Strong organization attention to detail and process adherence
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a lab or quality inspection role
  • Ability to create technical reports and SOPs
