Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedGuidewire Business Analystwith 8-10 years of experience in business analysis and the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Guidewire Suite and will work closely with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to analyze business requirements translate them into Guidewire solutions and support successful implementation and enhancement of insurance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into Guidewire-based functional solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders developers QA teams and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops requirement-gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) user stories and process flows.
• Support Guidewire implementation enhancement and integration projects.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning and defect resolution.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure requirements traceability and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in production support change requests and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field.
• 8-10 years of Business Analysis experience with significant experience in Guidewire implementations.
• Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
