What youll do
Production Scheduling: Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. You will release and track work orders monitor progress against schedules and adjust plans as needed to resolve bottlenecks. Success means maintaining efficient production flow with minimal delays.
Coordination & Communication: Work closely with production quality and materials teams daily to align activities and ensure material availability before job start. Effective communication and collaboration are key to success in this role.
Capacity & Process Planning: Plan around curing processes and equipment capacity to optimize production efficiency. You will support dispatch scheduling and help meet delivery commitments.
Operational Excellence: Monitor production progress identify potential delays and proactively implement solutions. Your role directly supports operational efficiency and reliable production outcomes.

What youll bring
Must-haves:
Experience in production planning and scheduling
Working knowledge of SAP
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Nice-to-haves:
Three or more years of experience in production planning and scheduling
Manufacturing experience preferably in rubber lining or steel fabrication industries
