Where Youll Make a Difference

• Perform analytical testing on in-process samples and finished products to support product release
• Prepare reagents and solutions required for laboratory testing
• Operate maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment
• Accurately record analyze and communicate test results
• Apply aseptic techniques and investigate potential contamination sources
• Support internal and external stakeholders with quality-related inquiries
• Participate in laboratory investigations problem-solving and troubleshooting activities
• Follow and maintain compliance with standard operating procedures safety and hygiene requirements
• Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards including ISO HACCP GMP Kosher and Halal

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Microbiology Biochemistry Chemistry or a related field
• 13 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing laboratory environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities effectively
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership in daily tasks

How You Would Stand Out

• Experience working in QA/QC within a biotechnology or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GMP HACCP or ISO
• Experience with microbiological testing and contamination investigations
