Job Overview

The Project Manager will own the planning execution and delivery of crossfunctional projects ensuring alignment with business goals ontime completion and budget adherence. This role serves as the central point of contact for stakeholders vendors and internal teams fostering collaboration and accountability.

DaytoDay Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans schedules and resource allocations.
• Lead kickoff status and steeringcommittee meetings; produce clear concise reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance against key metrics; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Control project budgets track expenditures and provide financial updates to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to align deliverables with project objectives.
• Resolve issues dependencies and bottlenecks that could impact timelines or quality.
• Mentor junior staff promote best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

MustHave (Essential) Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK Agile Scrum etc.).
• Exceptional communication negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project JIRA Asana etc.).
• Solid experience in budgeting financial forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to analyze complex problems make datadriven decisions and prioritize effectively.

• 3 years of experience managing medium to largescale projects in a corporate setting.
• Proven track record of delivering projects that meet or exceed business objectives.
• Background in technology manufacturing or construction sectors.
