Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Lead will work for a global leading provider of full HVAC retrofit solutions around Rochester.
The ideal Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Lead will lead all Mechanical Systems aspects of a construction project including scoping and evaluating subcontractors reviewing shop drawings and design drawings .

Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Lead Responsibilities
Manage site operations for Design/Build projects across electrical HVAC controls plumbing and lighting systems.
Ensure seamless coordination between design and construction teams to meet project requirements.
Lead the quality control program for Mechanical Systems to ensure high standards are maintained.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules ensuring timely delivery.
Oversee and coordinate all activities from demolition to installation commissioning and certification of Mechanical Systems.
Ensure strict adherence to job safety requirements and ensure all site personnel comply with safety protocols.
Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Lead Requirements
Over 5 years of progressive experience as a Project Manager specializing in Mechanical Systems or 10 years as a Foreman on mechanical construction projects.
Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of cost reporting and budget management.
Proficient in using construction and project management tools and software to drive project efficiency.
Over 3 years of experience leading and managing teams to achieve project goals.
OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training.
