Youll work directly with experienced Project Managers and Superintendents gaining ownership of project responsibilities while developing into a full PM role.

• Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage RFIs submittals change orders and project documentation
• Track budgets schedules procurement and subcontractors
• Assist with owner architect and subcontractor coordination
• Learn project financial management and forecasting

• 2-10 years of commercial construction experience
• Ground-up commercial or industrial experience preferred
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Procore Bluebeam or similar platforms preferred
