Construction Project Manager

• Manage multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects simultaneously
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors suppliers and inspections
• Maintain project schedules and communicate milestones with customers
• Review construction plans scopes of work and approved estimates
• Monitor project budgets and profitability
• Approve subcontractor work and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform regular jobsite inspections
• Resolve construction challenges while minimizing delays
• Communicate with homeowners commercial clients insurance adjusters and office staff
• Process change orders and coordinate supplemental work with the estimating team
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes and safety requirements
• Maintain accurate job documentation progress photos and daily notes
• Deliver projects on time within budget and to SERVPRO quality standards

• Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read construction plans and scopes of work
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile technology

• Insurance restoration experience
• Xactimate knowledge
• Experience managing insurance reconstruction projects
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania residential building codes
