How will your days be spent
- Assist in leading and managing the project team and representing the firm to the client.
- Assume increased level of responsibility for leading motivating and providing a team environment for the project team members by inspiring a shared vision enabling others to act taking risks and assuming ultimate responsibility for the teams actions exercising good judgment and continually increasing people skills.
- Articulate and communicate the clients vision goals and objectives through development of the project work plan during the planning phase.
- Manage project schedule and budget and communicate status through staffing discussions; provide updates to operation through project management software.
- Coordinate response to client questions and concerns and follow-up regularly with the client.
What you bring to this role
Experience:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of architectural experience and at least one (1) year of recent project management experience with large-scale facilities required.
- Experience with one of Flads market segmentspreferred.
- Excellent client management and leadership skills required.
- Superior technical and presentation skills and a commitment to design excellence essential.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in architecture or related field required.
- Professional registration preferred.
- Sustainability accreditation preferred.
